The first step in our recruitment process is the screening call. This stage enables us to gain a deeper understanding of you as a candidate, and provides you with an opportunity to learn about various aspects of working at BKL.
Upon receiving an invitation for the screening call, please allocate approximately 30-45 minutes for it. Ensure that you are in a quiet, distraction-free environment. We advise against taking the call while in transit, as it may affect the quality of our conversation.
What should I expect?
After scheduling your call via our booking platform, a member of our People Team will contact you at the arranged time. We recognize that unexpected events can occur, so our first step will be to confirm your availability and readiness for the conversation.
The call is interactive; the interviewer will have a set of questions they will need to ask you but we encourage you to ask questions about BKL, our culture, values, and specific details about the role.
