You’ll be a trusted go-to person, helping things run smoothly behind the scenes while also getting exposure to the bigger picture.
This role is perfect for someone who’s naturally organised, curious about how things work, and wants to be part of something meaningful. You’ll be seen as more than an EA you’ll be a key part of the leadership rhythm and a valued voice in the room.
How You’ll Make a Difference
In this role, you’ll be a key part of what keeps the leadership team focused, connected, and moving forward. By creating space for the C-Suite to do their best thinking and decision-making, you’ll have a direct impact on how the business runs day to day. Great organisational skills and the ability to juggle lots of moving parts without losing sight of the detail
Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and interpersonal
A calm, proactive approach and the ability to stay one step ahead
