About the Team
You'll be joining our Strategy and Transformation Team. The team works closely with senior leadership, operational stakeholders, and colleagues across service lines, supporting them with technology delivery, strategic change, and digital transformation. We pride ourselves on being collaborative, innovative, and outcome-focused, offering exposure to firm-wide transformation initiatives, cross-functional projects, and the opportunity to help shape our evolving capabilities during a significant period of change.
A Message from the Hiring Manager
We're looking forward to welcoming a new addition to our team. You'll be joining an ambitious yet grounded group of professionals who care deeply about delivering high-quality outcomes and supporting one another along the way. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, analytically sharp, and passionate about making things work in practice - not just on paper. If you're proactive, organised and motivated to drive meaningful change, we'd be delighted to hear from you.
Your Opportunity
This is a hands-on, high-impact support role sitting at the heart of our Integration Management Office (IMO). You'll work directly alongside the Post Merger Integration Manager and wider transformation team to keep integration workstreams running smoothly - analysing operational data, tracking progress, producing high-quality executive reporting, and ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an analyst who wants real exposure to complex business integration, with the chance to develop commercially, operationally, and professionally in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
How You’ll Make a Difference
In this role, you will:
Support the Transformation team and Post Merger Integration (PMI) — maintaining trackers, RAID logs, action logs, and workstream status reports to ensure the programme runs to plan
Produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations — building clear, visually compelling Board updates, steering committee packs, and stakeholder communications that translate complex information into accessible insights
Analyse operational data — pulling together data from across the business to support decision-making, synergy tracking, and integration milestone reporting
Monitor and report on integration progress — collating updates from workstream leads and producing weekly/monthly integration dashboards for senior leadership
Support Day 1 and post-merger operational readiness — helping coordinate cross-functional activity to ensure smooth transitions across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Client Services
Assist with business change communications — supporting the drafting and formatting of internal communications, process documents, and change management materials
Facilitate logistics for integration meetings and workshops — including agenda preparation, note-taking, action tracking, and follow-up coordination
Carry out operational analysis — mapping current-state and future-state processes, identifying gaps, and supporting the team in developing recommendations
You’ll Be Ideal for This Role If You Have:
2–5 years of experience in an operations, business analysis, PMO, or transformation analyst role
Strong PowerPoint skills - able to build polished, professional, executive-ready presentations from scratch, with a good eye for layout, design, and storytelling through slides
Experience supporting or working within a merger, acquisition, or large-scale integration programme - understanding of integration workstreams, IMO functions, or change programmes
Solid Excel skills - comfortable working with data, building trackers, and producing clear reporting outputs
Strong written communication skills - able to draft clear, concise documents, updates, and communications for a range of audiences
High attention to detail - takes pride in accuracy and quality of output
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain organised under pressure
A collaborative, can-do attitude - comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting things done
Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project
A background in professional services, accountancy, consultancy, or a fast-paced corporate environment (desirable but not essential)
Exposure to programme governance frameworks, RAID management, or PMO processes (desirable)
Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau (desirable)
We know you have a lot to offer, which is why we give you the freedom to thrive, no matter who you are or what your background is.
