You will lead on multi-channel campaigns, events, and sales enablement activities that support our strategic growth priorities.
This role blends hands-on delivery with strategic input. You will work closely with partners and senior leaders to translate business goals into marketing action that drives visibility, engagement and opportunity.

Build strong relationships with partners, managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and engagement.
Run regular service-line catch ups on pipeline, campaign performance and upcoming priorities.
Manage expectations, influence decision-making and provide proactive advice on marketing best practice.
Campaigns & Content:
Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, website, PR and events.
Lead campaign development from scoping and brief creation to execution and reporting.
Produce or commission content such as thought leadership, case studies, reports, videos and client stories.
Track performance using CRM and analytics to demonstrate ROI and drive continuous improvement.
Events & Corporate Hospitality:
Lead planning and execution of webinars, roundtables, client hospitality and large-scale events that connect networking activity to business development and growth..
Manage event budgets, logistics, stakeholder communications and follow-up activity.
Source new event formats and opportunities to deepen client relationships and raise brand profile.
Brand & Digital Presence:
Ensure all marketing output reinforces brand consistency and quality standards.
Collaborate with digital and content specialists to maintain and enhance website, social media and email presence.
Contribute ideas for improving digital engagement, automation and user journeys.

Manage concurrent marketing projects - ensuring timelines, actions and budgets are tightly controlled.
Maintain accurate status updates within project management tools such as Monday.
Work with external agencies, designers and suppliers as needed.

Strong business partnering skills - able to act as the marketing lead for service lines, run regular reviews on pipeline and performance, influence senior stakeholders and manage expectations constructively.
Content know-how - planning and commissioning thought leadership, case studies, client stories and short-form video, with clear briefs and quality control across channels.
Events and hospitality experience - from webinars and roundtables to larger client hospitality, including budgets, logistics, delegate comms and post-event follow up that links to BD activity.
Digital fluency - working knowledge of website CMS, SEO basics, social media and email marketing, marketing automation and UTM tracking to ensure journeys and nurturing are connected.
Analytics mindset - confident using CRM and channel analytics to track performance, evidence ROI and run test-and-learn improvements.
Project and budget management - comfortable juggling multiple projects, timelines and suppliers, keeping actions tight and spend on track.
Brand stewardship - ensuring every output meets brand, tone of voice and quality standards, and knowing when collateral needs a refresh.
