Your opportunity
We have an opportunity for a skilled and proactive CRM Specialist in our Marketing and Growth team. In this role, you will work closely with our CRM Manager to optimise and enhance our Dynamics 365 system, integrating it into daily operations and enabling automated workflows. Your varied work will include executing campaigns, automating processes, supporting the development of data-driven strategy to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
How you’ll make a difference
As a Dynamics-365 CRM Specialist, you will take the lead in understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and communicating with stakeholders. You will then collaborate with the CRM Manager in developing, optimising and managing our Dynamics 365 system to meet business objectives. This includes implementing automated workflows using Power Automate, configuring backend systems, and creating efficient customer journeys. Additionally, you will play a key role in training and supporting end-users, ensuring they can make the best use of the system. Your creativity and excellent communication skills will help to enthuse colleagues, enhance client engagement, and drive business growth.
You will:
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to measure and track the sales pipeline, client experiences and service quality levels.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs Support backend development and configuration of Dynamics 365, including creating and modifying tables, fields, forms, and views.
- Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Assist in managing, optimising and developing Dynamics-365 , focusing on engagement and usage, data integrity, security, integration, automation and reporting.
- Analyse client data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, such as customer segmentation, behaviour patterns, preferences, and needs.
- Execute marketing campaigns, such as referral schemes, feedback surveys, and personalised communications..
- Build and optimise customer journeys with Dynamics- 365 to improve touchpoints, retention, and conversion.
- Share responsibility with the CRM Manager in providing training and support to users, including creating user manuals, conducting workshops and webinars, and troubleshooting issues.
- Reduce administrative tasks by automating as much as possible within the first month.
- Participate in broader digital projects to gain a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing and input into integration projects.
You’ll be ideal for this role if:
- You have 3+ years of experience in CRM roles, with extensive hands-on expertise in optimising Dynamics- 365 systems, including backend configuration.
- You have experience creating automated workflows using Power Automate and integrating CRM systems with other tools or platforms.
- You have strong expertise in customising Dynamics- 365, including field creation, table updates, and system enhancements.
- You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- You are proficient in data analysis (ability to create PowerBI dashboards is a plus!)
- You are detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring high-quality performance and data integrity.
- You are skilled at building and optimising customer journeys for lifecycle stages such as onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
- You are tech-savvy and eager to learn and upskill, particularly in CRM and digital marketing.
