Your opportunity
Are you interested in using your expertise to help grow CRM use throughout a rapidly expanding business? We have an opportunity for a creative and communicative CRM Specialist in our Marketing and Growth team. This role is integral to supporting our CRM Manager in optimising and integrating Dynamics 365 CRM into our daily operations. Your varied work will include executing CRM campaigns, supporting strategy development and ensuring seamless communication across teams.
How you’ll make a difference
As a CRM Specialist, you will take the lead in understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and communicating with stakeholders. You will then collaborate with the CRM Manager to develop and execute CRM strategies. Additionally, you will play a key role in training and supporting end-users, ensuring they can make the best use of the CRM system. Your creativity and excellent communication skills will help to enthuse colleagues, enhance client engagement and drive business growth.
You will:
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to measure and track the sales pipeline, client experiences and service quality levels.
- Understand business needs and gather requirements by engaging with various stakeholders.
- Communicate your findings and insights to the CRM Manager to collaboratively develop CRM strategies and best practices using Dynamics 365.
- Assist in managing, optimising and developing the Dynamics 365 CRM system, focusing on engagement and usage, data quality, security, integration, automation and reporting.
- Analyse lead and client data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, such as customer segmentation, behaviour patterns, preferences and needs.
- Execute CRM campaigns, such as referral schemes, feedback surveys and personalised communications.
- Build and optimise customer journeys with Dynamics 365 to improve touchpoints, retention and conversion.
- Share responsibility with the CRM Manager in providing training and support to CRM users, including creating user manuals, conducting workshops and webinars, and troubleshooting issues.
- Initially perform some administrative tasks with a focus on automating these processes as much as possible within the first month.
- Participate in broader digital projects to gain a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing and input into CRM integration projects.
You’ll be ideal for this role if:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a CRM role, with hands-on experience in executing CRM campaigns.
- You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- You have a creative mindset and can think outside the box to drive customer engagement and retention.
- You are proficient in using Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM system.
- You are detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a passion for data and analytics.
- You are tech-savvy and eager to learn and upskill, particularly in CRM and digital marketing.
What we can offer:
- Opportunities for professional development and upskilling through training with our third-party CRM partner, along with a training allowance.
- A variety of digital projects, providing a broader understanding of digital marketing and CRM integration.
- A collaborative and dynamic work environment where your creativity and communication skills will be highly valued.
We know you have a lot to offer, which is why we want to give you the freedom to thrive no matter who you are or what your background is. You will have every opportunity to use your creativity in how you approach your work and the support to innovate.
Inclusion, diversity, and talent development are a fundamental aspect of who we are, and we welcome applications from candidates who share and champion these values. You will play an integral part in helping to make BKL a great place to work with a sense of belonging for everyone.
